Transition from the heat of summer to the gradual cooling of fall with this 3 day Fall Reset. Includes meals with recipes for all three days, journaling, movement, meditation and breathing prompts. Honoring the change of seasons is a great way to check in with how you are doing and to start the next season with a clean slate!
